It’s Smoothie time!
There’s just something special about a frozen treat on a hot summer’s day. Normally, I’m an ice cream-for-dessert kind of gal, but the last few weeks I’ve been craving this desert-like smoothie non-stop! It’s light, fruity, and oh-so cool during the summer months. Great to enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or as an after dinner treat, PLUS, doesn’t break the bank when it comes to Weight Watchers myWW Smartpoints! Keep reading to see how I make this sweet and simple smoothie.
Light & Refreshing myWW Fruit Smoothie
Serves: 2 | Time: 5 min | SmartPoints: 5 on Green, Purple and Blue
- 2 cups Wegmans Food Your Feel Good About Just Picked Frozen Mixed Fruit (strawberry, peach, mango & pineapple)
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 2 drops of vanilla extract
- 2 packets of monk fruit sweetener
- First, pour milk in blender, then add in 2 cups of frozen fruit, your vanilla extract, and sweetener. Blend! If the consistency of the smoothie is too thick, add a dash of water to help with blending. Blend up and enjoy! Don’t forget, this serves 2!
